Dental insurance plans for individuals and families play an important role in your overall health. Annual cleanings, x-rays and exams help eliminate other health related problems associated with poor oral hygiene. • Delta Dental of Arizona - Great Network & Plans in AZ only.
• Delta Dental of Ohio, Michigan & Indiana - Great Network, plans are lacking in my opinion.
• Delta Care Plus Group (Dentaquest) Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana (Vision Discount Plan Included) - Great Network, please fill out the form due to quoting  inaccuracies  if you're older than 55.
• Humana (Dental & Vision) - Solid PPO plans. 
• Metlife (Dental & Vision) - A $10,000 annual benefit option.
• Nationwide (Dental & Vision) - National recognition, solid plans
• Spirit Dental (Ameritas Network), Big network and a solid variety of plans.  No Vision option, but can be purchased on its own with most plans above.

Discount plans are available in all 50 states for individuals, families, and groups. Discount plans are not insurance, but give you access to network discounts from 10%-60%.  Remember, you must use in-network providers. One of the best features, no waiting periods, or annual maximums.
