PPO Options that allow you to see any dentist, but it's always best to use in-network dentists for the most value and lowest cost. Outside of preventive care, plans typically have reduced benefits, waiting periods or both in the first year.

- Ameritas Primestar(Dental & Vision) - Big Network & Solid Plans
- Metlife (Dental & Vision) - A $10,000 annual benefit option.
- Mutual of Omaha Dental & Vision insurance along with a Discount option (not insurance) starting at $8.95 a month.
- Physicians Mutual: Dental & Vision utilizing the Ameritas Network and unlimited benefits paying at 70%. Yes, you read Unlimited correctly, contact me for details. 1 year waiting period on major services.
- Spirit Dental (Ameritas Network), Big network and a solid variety of plans. No Vision option but it can be purchased on its own.
- United Healthcare (Dental & Vision) - Variety of Plans
Regional Options:
- Delta Dental of Arizona - Great Network & Plans in AZ only.
- Delta Dental of Ohio, Michigan & Indiana - Great Network, plans are lacking in my opinion.
- Delta Dental of Kentucky - A great network and plan offering to fit most budgets.
- Dental Care Plus Group - Strong OH, KY, & IN network. Have plans in many other states under Dentaquest network as well. Rates quoted are for under 55 years of age, significantly higer for 55+. Please reach out if 55+ for accurate rates.
Dental Discount Plans (Not Insurance)
- Dental Discount Plans - 10-60% off most dental procedures with no waiting periods or annual maximums. Always check with your dentist to make sure they accept these plans before each visit.
Travel / Trip Medical Plans
